Maintaining good health and well-being takes greater effort and awareness nowadays. Have you been wanting to do a “cleanse” but not sure where to start or which one to follow? Join Health Coach, Amanda Myers in a guided Clean Eating two-week program. Clean eating is a conscious shift that brings us back to the basics. We will eat a variety of wholesome foods that are seasonal, nutritious and delicious. You will take your nutrition knowledge to the next level and broaden your culinary repertoire optimizing your health. You will find support and accountability in this group setting that will help you end this program feeling better than you began.

Enhance your baby's growth and development while minimizing the risks of health issues. Be confident knowing what to eat, what foods to introduce and when for you and your family. Prepare for a smoother labor and delivery and speed your recovery. As your personal health coach, I will provide insight, support and accountability to help you feel your best and create lasting health for your family.
Whether you’re trying to lose weight, manage a health condition or create healthy habits, together we will formulate action plans to achieve your goals. Through a six-month journey we will set in motion changes for improved well-being. You will develop a deeper understanding of food and lifestyle choices resulting in increased energy, balance, health, and happiness. Each session will leave you feeling inspired and motivated. We will talk about things beyond food and physical activity seeking to bring balance to essential elements of your life such as relationships, home environment and career.
